Medium cups (2" x 3.25") are the workhorse size for shoulders, upper arms, and calves, areas too small for a large cup but too broad for the smaller sizes. This listing is two of them at 60 hardness, for practitioners doing static or massage techniques in that mid-size range.
Why 60 hardness in the medium size specifically: a medium cup holding static suction on a smaller muscle, the calf or the upper trap, needs a seal that doesn't loosen halfway through a treatment. 60 hardness holds that seal while still being manageable enough to glide when needed. For medium cups doing mostly gliding work, our medium cups in 55 hardness are the better default.
